How long do your products last once opened?

Our products typically last 12-18 months once opened when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each product has a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging indicating the recommended usage period. Since we use natural preservatives, we recommend using products within this timeframe for optimal freshness and effectiveness.

Can I use multiple Herbale products together?

Absolutely! Our products are designed to work synergistically together. We recommend starting with our basic routine (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) and gradually introducing serums and treatments. If you're new to natural skincare, introduce one new product at a time to see how your skin responds.

Do you test on animals?

No, we are completely cruelty-free and never test on animals. We are certified by Leaping Bunny, the gold standard for cruelty-free certification. We use alternative testing methods and work with certified labs that share our ethical values.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the US takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping (1-2 business days) and overnight shipping are also available. International shipping times vary by location but typically take 7-14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, standard shipping is $5.99. Free shipping promotions may be available during special events - sign up for our newsletter to stay informed!

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update your shipping address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@herbale.com or call (555) 123-4567. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products can be returned for store credit. Return shipping is free for defective items or our error.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email us at hello@herbale.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. You can also initiate returns through your account on our website if you created one during checkout.

Can I exchange a product for a different one?

Yes! We're happy to help you find the right product. You can exchange unopened products within 30 days. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the product you'd prefer. If there's a price difference, we'll refund or charge the difference accordingly.
